Please be advised that effective June 26th, 2026, Pediatric Ophthalmology of Erie, Inc. will cease to exist.

Dr. Nicholas Sala will be retiring and Wesley Cox, O.D. will be taking over Dr. Sala’s charts under a new Business name, Kidseyeserie. Dr. Cox will remain practicing at this location with the same phone number currently being utilized

Patients wishing to choose another Pediatric Ophthalmologist instead of a Pediatric Optometrist are asked to visit our Website at Kidseyeserie.com and under Patient Forms please fill out an “Authorization to Release Health Information” and we will be happy to forward your records to your new provider.

Patients wishing to utilize Dr Cox for their pediatric eyecare will not have to do anything as their records will remain with him.
